Q:How are overtimes decided?
A: In theory, in the first round, there are four games on the same day at the same rink. To avoid double, triple overtimes, this is how its decided. The road team will have a 5 on 4 for two minutes. If they score, the home team has the same amonut of time to score as it took the road team to score. (i.e. if the road team scores in 24 seconds, the other team has 24 seconds to score, if they do, they win, if not they lose.)
If the road team fails to score in two minutes, the home team has two minutes, if they score, they win, if they don't it goes to a second overtime. In the second overtime, the home team starts and the roles are reversed.

Q:Do these regions pair up, or should they be rearranged? Is this bracket correct?

Good, wasn't sure if the regions were placed on the map correctly. I got bored last night, so I came up with it on the fly. Enjoy.

I'm going to give it a shot on analysis but 32 games in two days will be quite a chore. I'm up to the task. I made the mistake of doing too many stats last year, this year will be more analysis and humor.

So, the road team could theoretically win an OT game by 2 goals?
Neat. :)

Do you get all the games in a day with only one ticket, or am I gonna have to buy four tickets a day?
