haha... I wonder how they AHM poll will come out. I wouldn't be surprised to see Wisconsin No. 3 there. I think the USCHO poll tends to follow the pairwise rankings a little bit closer (these top five rankings match the PWR).

We are starting to see more separation at some spots in the poll. All the first and seconds went to Harvard/MN; surprised Harvard wasn't unanimous. Big drop to #6, and it looks like they didn't want to vote anybody as #10. If Wisconsin takes care of business in Columbus, Providence might be back in the poll.

Never really understood all the components in the Frozen Four selection criteria, but to use a track and field analogy, it looks like someone in the marathon is about to lose by 1/10th of a second. After 6 months of hard work one of these three teams -#3,4 or 5-is going to be on the outside looking in.

Agree, it appears a quality & deserving team is likely to be shafted. Very unfortunate. Can't wait for eight, it will make for a much better / more exciting post season. Woulda been great this year. Some may not think all of the top eight would be ultra competitive. I say, put em in a tournament & let them all take their shot.
