Elmira has clearly been the most disappointing team. They have top 10 talent, and a losing record. The defending ECAC West conference tournament playoff champions (likely) doesn't get to defend it's title.

I have to go with J&W. Some people expected them to be actually somewhat competitive this year, and they ended up being one of the worst overall teams in DIII.
