Could someone please explain to me again??

When is it just for the game, and when does it include the following game as well?

Seems to me there are two penalties and I can't recal which is which.

A game misconduct gets the player thrown out of the game. A game DQ, or disqualification, your out for the game and the following game...if memory serves.

Am I to surmise, you didn't think much of Owen's officiating tonight ?

I would say it was nearly incomprehensible!! And, the game had no flow to it . . . I think that is often the sign of "bad" or at best, an unevenly called game in which the players aren't sure what they can or cannot do.

She is capable of calling a better game than she did tonight. IMO it is her m.o. to call as little as possible - and often it's a good tactic. Tonight it failed miserably.

However, my question re: game misconduct was only for informational purposes - since I didn't see the play in which the GM was called, I have no opinion on if it was the correct call or not.

binnyrus, Thank's...I asked only because your description of her performance in the other thread sounded a whole lot like the Saturday U of M / UMD game I witnessed...to me anyway.
