Nope, at home listening to it on the radio. I see MC is 3 for 3 on the power play. I doubt the score will get higher than 5 or 6 as I am sure Sisti will start playing with line combo's.

I agree Coach will not let it go too high and it is a good time to try some things out.

Final MC-5 and Colgate-1
Colgate played with alot more hustle in the third.

Prough back at defense. Looks like her position will be game dependent.

Merychurst played one great period and two mediocre ones when the game was well in hand.
All I have to say about Colgate: Worst. Uniforms. Ever. At least from the perspective of the home statisticians who have to read black numbers on a dark jersey.

I heard the same comment at the Whit. Wonder if "What Not to Wear" would take them on:D

After two it's MC-5 and RMU-1 (a 5-3 power play goal).

Nice win for the Lakers. Dominated this whole game. RMU's goal was on a 5 on 3.
The exhibition shootout at the end was exciting as well. The score was scoreless after 5 shooters but Cockell scored on the sixth shot. RMU tried to shoot through Drennen on all the shots and never had a chance.

Are they doing the shootout for all CHA women's games this year or is this just something between MC and RMU?

I am under the impression it is all CHA games.

I am under the impression it is all CHA games.

Could you expain the reason for the shootout to all us uninformed non-CHA folk?

I don't know the official reason for the shootout. I can tell you it was fun to watch the other day however. Maybe it's just to generate some more interest.

The play-by-play announcer said that CHA was doing the shootout to stimulate fan interest...

Wow. This is wierd. But kinda cool. Do they keep any official records? Good practice for the goalies and it just might come in real handy for the Hurst down the strech.

Nice win for the Lakers. Princeton's team are no pushovers. Nice to see Drennen in goal. Still no loss in her 3 years with the team. I hope she gets another opportunity tomorrow.
2 goals for the next Kaz award winner.
