So Middlebury beats Bowdoin (#4 on your list) and Colby while Superior beats Eau-Claire twice and Midd drops below Superior. That doesn't make much sense to me. Care to explain?

lets see...eau claire beat Stevens Point, we beat eau claire.
We beat Stevens Point twice and will again this weekend. Eau Claire is not a horrible team.

i noticed that Superior wasn't getting much respect in the polls from the other people out east..so i ranked them higher than normal to counteract that. Not th at i don't think UWS deserves number 3. I do think that UWS is the best team in the west, and that they will be in the Frozen Four.

i was going to write something in this chain that i thought it was pretty obvious that a lot of people who vote on here from the east don't know a lot about the west and vice versa. i don't know a lot about th e east...when i do this..i look at the rankings, records, results from the weekends and decide. Which is a lot more than some other people do. Example, stetem dropped UWS off the poll after we swept eau claire, and moved River Falls up, after they barely eeked by Lake Forest, who only has 2 wins on the season. To be 100% honest when i was doing this i accidentally left out middlebury but realized it and went back and changed it. Don't start *****ing at me cuz i'm disrepectful it was a mistake.

Middlebury and Plattsburgh both have 2 losses, Plattsburgh tie w/ Manhattanville is the difference. Manhattanville also has 2 losses and a tie, loss to RPI the difference. Elmira has 3 losses and a tie, switch with Manhattanville if win final regular season game. Bowdoin has 3 losses and a tie, 2 shut-out losses are the difference. Superior best in the west even with bad losses (3 out of 4 w/ Point, swept Tommies). Shut-out at Stevens Point on Saturday was Superior's 11th shut-out of the year, was Point's first home shut-out loss in their 4 year history, and decided regular season champ. St. Thomas swept Gustavus in regular season, MIAC tourney will decide. Gustavus split with Point during the year, solid team with no bad losses. RPI good win over Williams, a real threat to beat Manhattanville in tourney.
