IMHO the Noble and Greenough School is once again high on the radar this upcoming season. With returning players such as Margaret Suprey and Leanna Coskren, the bulldogs will be sure to reach playoff potential. Head Coach Tom Resor has recently been quoted in saying, "I like our group of gals this year." Best of luck to Tom and his gals!

Hello, I'm new to the Girls Prep Hockey thread here, but I am hoping that as in the past, some good information can be found here. My daughter attends a NH Prep (Division 2), and it is tough to find information that applies to the prep girls. Her school experience to date has been great... both sports and academics are solid, as well as opeing doors for herself and a bright future. Any early indication on D2 teams and ratings?

ummm... I don't think they'll be terrible w/o Knight, they just won't be as one dimensional. However, I've heard they are bringing in 4 or 5 PB's off the U14 team. They're going to Nationals, so it can't hurt Choate taking them.

It's a desirable school, they just won the NE Preps, and they'll draw outside of CT too.

I will throw my two cents in. Taft is way under rated by this board. Yes they lost Snick and she was really good, but Becca Hazelett was a strong backup to her and saw lots of ice time when Snick was out w/ a torn acl.
While Taft graduated lots of seniors, their entire offense comes back intact. Lloyd, Kowtoniuk and Barley-Maloney will be a serious threat to be reckoned with this year. Rhinos will finish high with in the top eight......ya heard it here first.

This was Last year's poll, that CHOATE ended up wining v. Nobles in the final, [so the poll actually had the "Other" team favored] and Berkshire [ who had won the year before] was favored in the poll, but didn't even make the top 8 last year..
so its time for a new 2007-8 prep school poll -- how do you start it??

i think you start a new thread and after you submit the first post, you can submit the poll....sweet, that helps you a lot Shebs eh? I don’t know, I guess just experiment. If you are the thread creator, you can always delete the thread if it goes wrong.
