The Lady Jeff’s enjoyed a solid win over the Conn Camels. The upcoming trip to Minnesota should be a good opportunity for the team to make strides without the pressure of NESCAC wins or losses.
The rest of the season will be fun to watch for continued progress.
Sophmore Tes Siarnacki has made some great contributions this season.

Did you travel to the Minnesota games this past week?

No I did not. But heard that the team played well against St. Thomas.
Looked like the second period was rough, otherwise balanced shots on net, including the OT.

Thanks for the update, AWH Fan. Good for the Jeff's... I don't really know much about the team as a whole. But I have played with a few of the players in the past. Both have talent, as I am sure the rest of the team does as well. A big congrats to their sucesses in Minnesota, a loss to Augsburg by one (which is nothing to mope about, they are a talented team) and a tie to St. Thomas, the 8th ranked team in the nation. I can't wait to hear the scores of Bowdoin, Williams, Elmira and Middlebury that are to come.

I want to congratulate the Amherst womens team and their head coach Jim Plumer. What a season they are having and what progress the program has made.
Looking at the NESCAC All Conference and other Awards shows just have far the program has come. 3 of the 5 first team selections are from Amherst, plus Coach Plumer was named Coach of the Year
Good luck to them this weekend.
