You can also try www.warriorhockey.com its set up just like www.uscho.com and is held together by MikeM. That is where most of the hockey fans post.

They aren't going to give any updates until tomorrow morning. Until then, I guess no news is good news.
Keep fighting, Joe. You've got a nation of college hockey fans in your corner.

Joe-
May the Lord bless you and keep you, may his face shine upon you, May his great healing power work through your doctors to allow a quick healing. The country is behind you, and the lord will never leave you, nor forsake you.

Sorry, but I hate to see this slip off the first page.
It's important to remember that even though no news is being reported, Joe Exter is not out of danger yet. He is still fighting the fight of his life to survive this horrific incident.
Even though it has been a few days, and some of the initial shock may have worn off, please don't forget about Joe. Prayers and positive thoughts can only help.
We won't forget about you, Joe. We're still with you every step of the way.
We're still here, Joe Exter. We're still here.

Joe,
The way you played and lead the Merrimack hockey team this year was inspirational and amazing. You fought hard and refused to accept the fate you were supposed to have. People wrote your team off as being a last place club. You made believers out of your players and coaches and they played and coached above expectations and because of your skill and leadership, the team finished above expectations. You were the ultimate leader. Even when the defense let you down some nights, you would always take blame and responsibility and you showed emotion and showed that you truly cared. You never gave up. Fight hard and get through this and never give up. Hope everything turns out for the best.

I wanted to make sure everyone knows about this Merrimack message board. It takes less than a minute to register. Please post thoughts and prayers there, as well.

I just realized that after days of reading this thread and posting my thoughts elsewhere, I never posted here.
Joe, you're a tough competitor and in the fight of your life. Stay strong and get better. Soon.
