Check out www.usahockey.com for complete rosters, schedules, and feautures on the ACHA USA team that will be competing in Italy next week. Will they pull off the upset of the Russians again as this team did two years ago?

Here is the link and the write-up following the ACHA USA team versus the Canadian University National Team.
Great interest for the North-American derby following the match Italy-Japan. Almost 1800 spectators watched a fantastic show, in which technical and agonistic skills were the absolute protagonists.

USA: Bergstrand, Clemens, Mannix, Mandel, Smith, Kubur, Murdoch, Curtis, Reilly, Haward, Ferazzoli, Carlson, Moren, Moser, Roberts, Price, Hanaman, Hugher, Daniels, Tilden, Olsen, Dowhey. Trainer: Battista. CANADA: Pool, Muzechka, Penner, Hulak, St. Martin, Zorn, Dulle, Mckay, Knoblauch, Marach, Saurette, Barkman, Marsh, Epp, Neufeld, Wade, Randall, Schoneck, Muntain, Robertson, Brewster. Trainer: Daun. Pontebba, Jan 18 – Great show and great hockey at the Universiade 2003. Sold out at the Pontebba Ice Hall for the North-American derby, in which Canada won over USA 5 to 1. The audience was not disappointed: the match was very hard-fought. The Canadians’ technical supremacy has been disputed by the USA determination until the end of the second period: scrums, violent pushes and a very fierce battle for victory. The referees had to intervene several times to calm down the players. In the last period, the USA team could do anything to defend itself from the opponents’ repeated attacks. Canada scored three times: the most spectacular action was performed by Robertson, after a fantastic assist by Randall. Thanks to today’s victory, Canada maintain the first place in the pool A, while USA is still the last with 0 points together with Japan. C.M. and R.S. (picture: a real battle, above all at agonistic level, between the two North-American teams).
