New Refs in CSCHL

I was just wondering how people thought the new reffing system was working out in the CSCHL. I am not sure if it is an ACHA thing or just a league thing. So far seems like 5 second face off rule is working out, but how do people like the stick work they are letting go?

Teams like Illinois, Iowa State, and Kent State can't homer other teams anymore. The Michigan teams, UWW, Ohio, and SLU already had refs that did fine.
