UNH 2 - Maine 1
End of school, be back in 15 mins from my girlfriend's house, sad thing is her 56k connection is faster than my school's T1.

Crowd is OK. Sounds like they are expecting a bigger, more vocal crowd for tonights game

Whew! Maine should be thankful they're only down 1.
D looks rather suspect, poor desicions in their own end is alowing
UNH to swarm all over Morrison.

Working in Bedford and living in Manch is actually a pretty good time! With the Monarchs up here, I'm only one mile from quality hockey. Manchester's a much better place than in the past, so I don't mind it (for now). How are you and your wife doing? I see you're still in Andover, so are you liking it down there?
If UNH wins today, what are your plans for the finals?

Very very sloppy first period by both teams. Ayers looks very nervous in net for New Hampshire. Hopefully both teams will settle down and give us some good hockey the next 2 periods.
An asside: I know it's early but so far the announcers and ESPN is doing a very good job especially in using Tony Granato was the ice-side reporter.

Cool...Kel and I were in Manchvegas the other night. Its rocking for a small city. We're still in Andover 'til April 15 and then we're moving to Salem MA. Its going to be great there. About Saturday...we'll see what happens today first. I don't want to jinx anything!

What's the flow of the game like?? 5 goals is a lot between these two teams this early...
Ref is Schmitt from the WCHA. Disallowed goal in the first was shot under the side pipe. Early in the game, I was wondering how many times the announcers would point out that there is no red line in college hockey. Now I'm wondering how many different times they can mention Shawn Walsh. I'm sure there are a thousand poignant stories. I just don't want to hear every single one of them (no disrespect intended, just prefer my hockey without all the saccharine).
